Return Policy

  • All returns, exchanges or refund requests must first be authorized by contacting our Customer Service Department.
  • You have 30 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be new, unused and contain all original packaging and accessories.
  • Rubber, nets, and balls cannot be returned if opened, unless item is defective.
  • Apparel cannot be returned if worn or washed.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be presented to make a return or exchange.
  • Please note that additional shipping and handling charges will apply. If the return or exchange is a result of our error or defect, you will not be charged for return shipping and handling.

Warranty Policy

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are covered for the first year since date of purchase. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse, negligence/user modification, chips to the top or sides of edgeless paddles, and the natural breakdown or fading of graphics or textures over extended use are not covered.

This warranty is available for PicklePro pickleball paddles in the United States. PicklePro holds the sole discretion to determine whether a damaged paddle is covered under our limited warranty. PicklePro has the sole discretion to determine whether to replace or repair a paddle covered under our limited warranty. Replacement paddles are not covered under our limited warranty.

This warranty is VOID for the following conditions:

Normal wear and tear. Damage through improper usage (striking the ground, other paddles, or anything other than a pickleball). Negligence, acts of nature, or accident .
Wear and fading of graphics.
Used in commercial applications or rentals.
Modifications or repairs made to your paddle.
Purchased from a non-authorized dealer.
Purchased paddle in used condition.
Not being the original purchaser.
The paddle was won in a promotion or in a competition.

Terms and Conditions

You agree that any legal action or proceeding between PICKLEPRO.com and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Chicago, and agree you will not object to such exclusive jurisdiction or venue on the grounds of lack of personal jurisdiction, forum non convenience or otherwise; provided, however, that notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that PICKLEPRO.com has the sole right and discretion to commence and prosecute an action against you in connection with this Agreement, in your home jurisdiction. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred.

Moneyback Guarantee

Eligibility for Return:

  • Only pickleball paddles purchased directly from [USAPICKLEPRO] are eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee.
  • The guarantee is applicable within [30 days] from the date of purchase.

Condition of the Pickleball Paddle:

  • To qualify for a refund, the pickleball paddle must be in like-new condition, free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • The paddle must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Initiating the Return Process:

  • Customers must contact our customer service team using the contact page to initiate the return process.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, will be required.

Inspection Process:

  • Upon receiving the returned pickleball paddle, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the specified conditions.
  • If the paddle is found to be damaged, altered, or not in like-new condition, it will not qualify for a refund.

Refund Process:

  • Once the inspection is completed, and the return is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.


  • Customized or engraved pickleball paddles are not eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
