2. Shipping Time Once shipped, orders typically take up to 7 business days to arrive, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and actual delivery may vary.
3. Shipping Delays While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, there may be factors outside of our control that could cause delays. These factors may include, but are not limited to, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, and other unforeseen events. AutoChemists is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or external factors.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and shipping method selected. Any additional charges, such as customs fees or import duties, are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. AutoChemists is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
